An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Operations Department for an Administration Officer. Working with the team this role will include:

  • Delivering 24/7 availability management of ECFRS Flexible Duty Officers
  • Managing and disseminating risk critical information across all devices and systems in use by operational personnel
  • Creating, proof reading, publishing operational policies and procedures across all information systems and devices
  • Providing administrative and project support activities to team members

The ideal candidate for this role, will have experience of working both independently and as part of a busy team, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including SharePoint and be willing to work flexibly.
