Our leaders take on a range of roles, from managing the delivery of our services to identifying our needs, improving our capabilities and supporting transformational change and improvement.

We are seeking leaders with passion, determination and a commitment to personal and professional development of themselves and others, to help us meet our purpose and achieve our vision to end preventable fire and rescue emergencies.

Whilst your aptitude for the role is important, and we’d like to hear how you’ve made a difference in your career to date, we’re also interested in your values and your mindset, your ideas and your ability to inspire and enable others to bring their best to work each day.

In return we will offer you the opportunity to make a positive difference to our communities and our workforce, and to enhance and broaden your skills with a range of professional development opportunities throughout your career with us.

Applications are invited from existing suitably experienced competent Crew Managers and Watch Managers who have completed the IFE level 3 Diploma (or higher level) Operations & Fire Safety. Business Safety qualifications and experience are particularly desirable.
