The Inclusion Strategy 

The Inclusion Strategy has been drafted by ED&I professionals under the People Programme Board. The purpose of this strategy is to provide an umbrella to the work that is being done in services and not to detract from it. It aims to identify opportunities to learn and collaborate wherever possible to create a genuinely inclusive strategy. The board is keen to move towards developing an action plan and is interested in how inclusion is being managed within your FRSs and what tools and guidance are required to support FRSs in implementing this strategy.
