Grenfell Tower: Procedural Hearing

The Prcoedural Hearing for Grenfell Tower is set to be held on March 21st and 22nd and will take place at Holborn Bars.

According to the Inquiry website, the Inquiry is keen to ensure the views of all Core Particiants are taken into account when considering the structure and timetable for progressing the Inquiry.

This hearing will review the progress of the first phase of the Inquiry and finalise the timeframe for the evidential hearings.

Further information will be sent to core participants and posted on the website in due course.

Information on the website states:

  • The Inquiry is keen to ensure the views of all core participants are taken into account when considering the structure and timetable for progressing the Inquiry.
  • This procedural hearing will review the progress of the first phase of the Inquiry and finalise the timeframe for the evidential hearings.
  • Available seating within the hearing room has been reserved for Core Participants who are survivors and bereaved families.
  • Places will be offered through legal representatives and those attending are welcome to arrive from 09:00.
  • There will be a live-stream of the hearing, which will be made available on the Inquiry website.
  • A public screening of the live-stream will be held on both days at The Notting Hill Methodist Church, 240 Lancaster Rd, W11 4AH.
  • There will be 100 seats available, which will be issued on the day, on a first come, first served basis.
  • Media wishing to attend do not need to register in advance, but on arrival journalists must register at the press desk.
