New consultation launched to support Fire Safety Engineer apprenticeship standard

A new NFCC consultation has now been launched and we are seeking views about the newly developed  Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs) which will support the degree level Fire Safety Engineer Apprenticeship Standard.

The KSBs have been developed by the Fire Safety Engineer Trailblazer group.  The consultation is now live on the NFCC consultation page.

We would like to hear views from a wide-range of people with an emphasis on the technical content on the consultation. The main focus is whether people agree or disagree with each of the KSBs and asking for additional comments.

In keeping with the usual consultation arrangements to ensure what we develop and deliver meets the needs of fire and rescue services, your expertise, knowledge and understanding in your respective fields is essential in driving forward our national projects. As such we would appreciate your thoughts on the consultation.

The closing date is for this survey is 3 October 2019.
