NFCC Events are owned by Chief Fire Officers Association – please ensure when you raise a PO or make payment it is to The Chief Fire Officers Association.
If you need to cancel a booking, please be aware that CFOA is responsible for venue cancellation charges and as a consequence must apply cancellation charges as follows:
- Cancellation within 28 days of the event - 100% of accommodation fees associated with the booking.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the event – 100% of total delegate fees
We must receive cancellation in writing or via e-mail. Delegate places are transferable.
